Applying common sense is one thing and applying and enforcing the law is another. Maybe you like to tell us just where the cut off point might be that makes a point illegal and mistaken kill or intention violation? Will a WCO apply common sense if the point is half and inch or does it have to be over .75"? Will a new Deputy WCO apply the same common sense as seasoned WCO?
It may be nonsense to you and RWJ, but for many hunters it means the difference between getting their buck or eating tag soup. For some it may also mean the difference of paying a fine and losing their buck.
