the law says it must have point 1 inch long.that buck was a legal buck that had the antler bro off leaving say a inch or less,i think it was very close to inch anyway.
the AR was to give buck chance to live to at least 2 yrs or more.that buck was over 2 yrs old.
rule says 1 inch.if not 1 inch its not legal.but a buck with bro off point that has a inch or close LEFT,if i was WCO i would not arrest him.
