What powder and bullets were you using??? Some combinations are just dead ringers with certain rifles...Knight rifles love the
300gr MZ Barnes and 100grs of Pyrodex or Goex...I've also had good luck with 90-100grs and a 250 Shockwave or SST...

As with any rifle with a scope, double check the screws holding the barrel to the stock and make sure to check the scope screws...
