You hit the nail on the head. There was a good bit of pressure that second week for doe season in this area of 2G last year and they were shooting all week. Throughout this summer I predicted that the buck kill in 2G would be down by 20% due to all the extra pressure during that second week. Now I'm predicted the harvest will be down closer to 30%.
Little hard to believe, but those cornfields all around Elephant Mountain have 'nary a track in the snow.
BTW....campground has been sold. $525K.
