I guess what I am upset with is the game book clearly states all land is open to hunters...
If you came to me from out of state and I was a Fish & Game officer and I told you "All Land is open to hunters (except clearly posted property) what would you think?
I can tell you that 99.9% of the people would think they can do as they wish and don't need to ask anything...and that's what the book say's READ IT AND WEEP page 26 "Where can I hunt in New Hampshire"
I quote
" In New Hampshire we are fortrunate that all state, federal,municipal,county and PRIVATE LAND is open to hunting unless it is posted against hunting"
They go on to mention hunting is a privilege and don't take access to private land for granted...but the above say's it all...it's open to hunting!
