Iowa I would buy about 2k acres of land manage it like nothing else. Put a giant log cabin on it with all the fixings have some quads a shed to butcher all my deer with all the proper tools. I would buy my dad a house and have it rite next door to mine and we would be the only ones living in this area for several miles. I would also start up a hunting camp but not one with a trillion guys I would limit to about 6 with strict rules about what you can shoot.
