The Accura handles recoil very well. Most loads I've shot produce recoil more comparable to a 20 gauge shotgun. 200 grain XTPs even less. I don't believe you would be at all disappointed with the Accura - nicely done rifles.
The Nikon BDC is not a bad scope but it would not be my choice. The BDC-type of scopes can be useful if combined with a lot of range time at various ranges and a range-finder while hunting. You can use those extra marks in a number of ways with any number of loads. I would recommend keeping it simple though and just go with a quality 2x7 or 3x9 scope. Even then you can use the top of the lower thick section of the reticle in some situations (plex type reticle).
I think you could get up to speed fairly quickly for 150 yard shots but 200 would take a bit longer. The rifle is certainly capable once you find some good loads - but technique along with judgment of range and wind effects can be a little trickier. Mostly it would just take practice AT THOSE RANGES. And waiting for calm air.
