I know everyone I hunt with would be much happier with a 50 lbs fawn that probably still has milk on it's face!!! You're kidding, right. Perhaps, you should learn how to prepare venison meals better and more importantly, how you take care of your venison in the field.... you shouldn't be getting that much of a varried tste from properly prepared venison, especially compared to a still realitively young 3 1/2 year old buck.
Hello, Mr. Grumpy. Your a fool to argue that there isn't a taste diffence in a yearling than a rutted up 3 1/2 year old buck. Kinda like saying you would rather eat a ram than veil?
