Decoys some use them some dont. Its a matter of preference. Myself I use decoys. I only use hen decoys. But then again thats my preference. I always place my decoys usually (2) at 20 yards, and I place them directly out in front of me. They are seperated between 5-10 yards apart. I myself prefer not to use the Tom decoys. Ive never had a good experience using these decoys. Some will swear by using Tom decoys. Like I said its a matter of preference. When you shoot at a Turkey you need to shoot him in the head and neck area. Myself I usually aim for the neck. Hope this helps. Anymore questions feel free to ask.
