This is from learned experience. Purchase a scope made for a shotgun or muzzleloader. I went thru a couple of scopes on my T/C Black Diamond. They last a short time then wont hold a zero. The gun was shooting great groups then shots were all over the paper. I did all the checks and cleaning, no joy. Changed scopes and right back to shooting great groups. This happened twice; I would go with a T/C scope or a Nikon.
