Well I guess you would have to come see and view the work that's been done and see the log cabin all buildings that have been built. not to mention septic tank, well, electric, phone lines that have been put in. The price of land in this area has been going up as well. So if you're not intested in buying, please keep you neagitive and uninformed comments to yourself, because You have no idea what this place looks like or the time and money that has been put into it.
