I have a Tasco 3x9x40 World Class scope mounted on my Remington 700 270 cal. and it's been on there since 1981. I gave a whopping $65 dollars for it and I couldn't be more satisfied with a scope. I've adjusted it maybe twice in all the years I've hunted with it and it sees action every year. I'll be shooting it in a week or so and I'll be suprised if it requires any adjustment at all. I bought a cheaper model Tasco a few years back for my Marlin 30-30 and wasn't happy with it and went back and bought their better one. It's still on there and I've had no problems with it either. I also have a Tasco 4x on my 22 rifle that also performs very well. I've had no problems.
