It is no big for me to deal to re-zero a scope every year or so. I'd be more concerned with the quality of the optics in terms of light enhancement, clarity, and eye relief.

I have a Leupold on my Remington 700 .3006 and a Simmons on my Marlin bolt action .22. Both stay zeroed pretty well. The only other scope I have is a 2x aimpoint on a Springfield SOCOM II; I haven't shot it since I zeroed it several months ago.
