My friend has a house and property in one of the units that has antler restrictions. He surely would tell you that it is NOT working. Very few bucks are being seen never mind shot, plus doe permits are also hard to get in his unit where one is required to have preference points in order to get one. Not much reason for people to hunt. For the first time in many years he will be going up to another area to hunt where he drew a doe permit and AR's are not in effect. Sort of stinks that one owns his own property yet has to go somewhere else to hunt.
