What I am getting out of this, you know the person or you wouldnt say you wont mension names. you also say you saw the pics. I'm not really saying that you are wrong for not turning this person in because he/she is prolly your friend. You don't want to be the bad guy. But what this person did is wrong and they should know that. I am in a similar situation but the person isnt doing anything illegal but I still dont want to confront them.
