I have T7 that is almost five years old, but it has not clumped... and it shoots great. The one thing that I do is tighten all lids when they go into storage.

T7 will catch moisture if you allow it to.

Personally I would break up the clumps - load it up and shoot it. Check your results with a known good powder.

I once shot a load of T7 that I had emersed in water - then allowed to completely dry - it seemed to work just fine. It was a one time - one shot experiment.
