Frank, if we removed the county treasurers completely (since there really is no reason to use them) then the PGC could handle it all and the turn should be quick...maybe make a few part time jobs for a month too.
Where I am going with this is rather simple. If the application process were to start a bit earlier then many of the hunters who show some concern over " where their doe tag is" might be somewhat satiated if their application were to get back to them with more time left before the season.
I' m not so much worried about it coming so late as I am wondering what take so long to get it back to me. I just don' t understand why it takes almost 2 months. Maybe the PGC should get some computerized thing going. That would be nice!
