Cross Hair thickness
My ? is when you are looking through you scope your cross hairs cover a certain amount of space right?
Well lets say at 300 yds you are shooting an 30-06 at a deer, the rifle is sighted dead on at 200,the scope is on 4x so you aim at the mid of the back,at that distance your cross hair is almost as thick as the deer.So move the deer to 400 or 500 and now you are aiming over the deer, that means your cross hairs are almost 3-4 feet thick right.?So you put a little air in between the animal and the crosshair, that means you are now shooting 6 feet high right?
Some one tell me if I' m right or worng, explain why.
