Where I am going with this is rather simple. If the application process were to start a bit earlier then many of the hunters who show some concern over " where their doe tag is" might be somewhat satiated if their application were to get back to them with more time left before the season.

And, though not directly related, one of the reasons that I was hearing for a refusal to start the archery season a week or two sooner was that the county treasurers would not have enough time to get all of the doe tags back prior to the start of the season.

Just something I was curious about.
