I was in your position a bit over a year ago. I went through the drugs, the shots the physical therapy, you name it. X-rays and an MRI told the tale. I had arthritis so bad in the shoulder joint that it was bone on bone. In about a week it will be one year since I had shoulder replacement surgery. It was tough and it hurt....alot...but after about 7 or 8 months I'm very glad I had it done. If I were you I'd see a bone Doctor and ask for X-rays and MRI.
