I like dhl and usps. Ishould have asked him to not send it ups. Did not even think about it. I have had to use dhls insurance three times. All three times in a month i had my money. I sold a xbox online it got damaged in shipping how i have no idea. I used 20 square feet of bubble wrap on it. I told the guy i would get a insurance claim going. He said ok. I also said do not touch the thing do not break the seal or anything. Well dhl said we need you to ship it to us so we can look at it and pay you. I told them it would cost 150 to ship it. I would need to have it shipped to me then to them then back to me. They said ok. I got a check a week later fro the cost of a new system. Funny thing is the guy did a paypal charge back and they told me to give him his money but he would not return it. I got the money from selling it and a new xbox. . I told the guy give me a week i will pay you back and you can keep the dam thing. Heck i got a new system out of dhl it was worth giving him his money back. Go paypal for not making me when he would not return it.
