That red light IS NOT the test light. That is the low battery light. There is a little yellow light that comes on for the test light. The test lights on mine are both very sensative and work very well. Like someone else mentioned, the camera has a wide angle and the infared sensor is the same way. If you walk past it, that little yellow light will come on.

I am not sure if you put brand new batteries in, but, that red light is the low battery indicator. When you go check the camera, if there aren' t as many pics as you think should be, switch out the batteries and try again.

P.S. I can' t wait to get my roll of film developed tommorow. I am just waiting for one of the BIG boys to walk past it.
