Not saying that I have never been wrong, I just always heard that you couldn't carry both at the same time. I looked high and low through the Virginia Game and Inland Fisheries website and technically didn't see anything that said you couldn't. So I emailed them the specific question. Could you carry your bow and your blackpowder. I shall let you know what the official answer is when I get it
