I assume your refering to some sort of product like the eze-crest wraps. You can either boil a pot of water and dip the arrows in it for a few seconds or you could use a hair dryer to heat the wraps so they peel off very easy. Either way make sure you clean your arrows before refletching them. Also make sure your arrows are completely dry if you put them in boiling water before you fletch them.
