Go back out there now and put him down! You can't let him suffer all night long and you should have more respect for him than to be throwing sticks at him. Go back with your buddy and be prepared to either slit it's throat or heart it. It's not any fun, but it has to be done! You owe it to the deer not to wait until morning!!!
