Default Arrow straightness, how big of a difference is there?

How big of a difference are you going to notice between a .003 shaft and a .006 shaft? Is it humanly possible to tell the difference in accuracy between the two? Based on the human error factor of archery, is that minute of a difference going to show up on the range or in the field? What about weight consistancy? If you have a dozen arrow, and all are within a grain or two of one another, is there going to be any noticable difference?

Provided that you spin each arrow for good spin with points or broadheads, is there a difference?
