I've got 3-shot sub-moa groups with both rifles pictured. The Apex might like and handle heavy conicals better than the Accura, but either will do.

FIBERGLASS!! I wouldn't use fiberglass without a bore guide. Delrin should be fine. Hunter Super Rod at Cain's Outdoor is my go to rod if I need to buy a replacement. The Apex does have the Delrin inserts in the thimbles so there is basically no noise with its solid aluminum rod.
