I have noticed that suburban deer do not have to move around much - they can feed and bed down all within 50 yards or so. Can be frustrating when you don't see anything and you know deer are in the area.
Also, take one step in a patch of woods that these deer are not used to seeing people in, and they become just as wary if not more than your typical woods deer. (ie scram!)
On the other hand, if there are lots of deer and not much hunting, it's like hunting on a tv show! Deer everywhere!
It's a little weird being in the stand, and having a neighbor dog come sniffing by. Or what annoys me is having a neighbor decide to start mowing their lawn with 1/2 hour of daylight left... Suburban hunting...
