Saxman,

I've used the PR bullets "Dead Center" brand in my .45. I haven't used the QT's, but I have heard good things about them. I'd suggest starting out with 90 grains of either 777 or BH209 and shooting a 3 shot group, then trying 100 grains and see if you get a better group. Personally, I'd sight it in at 100 yards- most of your shots will be within that range, and if you need to shoot out a little further, just aim 3-4" high at 150, and maybe 6-7" high at 180 (though these are just guesstimates). With only 12 bullets you're kind of limited, but it should be enough to get a rough sight in.
