I have a I-40 and put it on video mode for a couple nights and it took the clips just fine for me... Maybe just make sure that the memory card is facing the correct way and pushed in as far as possible? I know the slot is hard to reach and I've installed the SD card improperly myself before, so you could just double check that? Otherwise I've had great experiences with my now 2 Moultries, would definitely keep buying their products
