Shoot no! If you removed the BP for each shot you would be there all day. There is a chance that you might have to clean the flash channel of the BP after several rounds if you are using a very hot 209 primer or primers that might be particularly dirty.

The big key for myself is when patching from the muzzle is not to use a patch that is to damp. For myself, the patch that I use is just barely moist with regular old Blue Windex. If you work it right there is not need for a drying patch, the warmth of the barrel in combination with the bit of ammonia in the windex evaporates very rapidly leaving the bore dry and ready for the next shot. And again for myself I might use the same patch for several shots, or at least until the patch drys and become stiff.

All of my rifles shoot much more consistently on a semi clean bore shot after shot so I keep the routine the same shot to shot - trip to trip.

I will remove the breech plug at home when the guns gets really cleaned.
