Use a flashlight perhaps?
Besides that obvious remark, the help of friends always seems like a good idea. Maybe if traditional light doesn't work, you can try lantern light or the newer LED light bulbs as they're much brighter.
There are products you can spray on the ground that highlights blood. There are also flashlight-type products that illuminate blood.(blood tracking lights)
I would do a doctor's visit to see if a new prescription is in order. I too am not seeing the best in low light, but that's where good optics comes into play when hunting.
Also, I was betwixt whether to follow up on your shooting in low light conditions or to reply about the tracking in low light. LOL!
