this summer i was not out almost at all scouting.dad is just too sick.but when i got out i found berries where i never saw them in 40 years around trails.bears are just walking trails eating.the pipelines grass is up almost to my shoulders about 5 ft that would be highest i ever saw it in longtime.
rain did it,rained more in hot july/august .
my brother was out sat in this awful rain trying to get doe.he said he was about only one hunting out of a truck.he has stand very close to road on sfl.he counted around 22 trucks road hunting with in-lines in about 2 hr time.
he thinks he was only one using a flintlock.snow was 4 inchs he said and drizzle all day.his son said,DAD WHY DONT WE JUST ROAD HUNT LIKE OTHERS.
