Most people just move the target. You got it backwards! Just kidding. Nice work!

May want to either weld or use a pin system, but add some sort of rest for your feet too. Also do a pin system to adjust the height.

Camoflauge it so the deer won't see it. LOL!

Nice job; very creative.
