in mountains around clinton county is about 6 inchs of snow.it is on leaves heavy and wet.fog is terrible.drizzling as of now at 9 pm friday.sat just as bad on drizzle and cool weather /fog.

roads in woods are mess.rain/hunters/pipeliners have ruts all over.deer are bedded down, i have 7 in my yard for last 2 days, they have not moved.most will road hunt on sat with in-lines,i dont see anyone going into woods in this. most of others will just sit along pipelines.the deer are not on pipelines this year.too much acorns........
deer have really not done much lately.i watched those 7 deer for 2 days and they never left those 2 acorn trees in my yard.they bedded down over bank only 100 yds from my house.then at dark up they come and eat under those 2 trees .
so if that is what is happening in woods i dont see deer moving very far from where they sleep this year.woods are like jungle this year.
