Tell the guy to get bent.....he's an idiot. I have a neighbor who acts the same way. First it's MY property I'll shoot when I want to, not when he thinks it's time to. I have a dirt berm with a wood frame in front of it I use to sight in built into the fence line of my property. The day before gun season a few years ago, my buddies and I shot over 75 slugs while practicing. The next morning I killed the biggest buck of my life within 50 yards of the berm, he was bedded with a doe right behind it. Now I wouldn't shoot a lot and expect to always see deer the same day, but it surely doesn't drive the deer of your property for good.
