Don't count on finding one through the many leasing internet sites. They are all overpriced. Unfortunately the alternative is not easy. You have to get to know some local landowners, ask if they would be interested in leasing their property, and if not, who do they know who might have an interest. In business we use the 10/3/1 approach. Ask 10 landowners if they have an interest, 3 will actually talk to you about it, and 1 will be willing to lease the property. For this to work, the 10 landowners must be qualified: personally be able to make the decision to lease, not be tied up in an existing lease, not have family hunting commitments on the property. Good luck!
