Thanks guys, I was pleasantly surprised how big he was. Like I said he was in a group of gobblers and I didn't really have time to size them up, I just picked one out in the scope and let him have it.

Western MA - I hunt in 4F, the season started Yesterday and goes until the last day of bow season (Nov. 20th). In the Fall in NY they break the state up into like four areas, 4F is in the most liberal area, we are allowed two birds, either sex, and the longest season. I prob wont go out turkey hunting again this fall, I like to have at least one tag in my pocket in case a flock walks by while I'm in a stand bowhunting. I've yet to get one with a bow, but I came pretty close last year.
