I will have to scan the target @ work. My current scanner isn't compatible with vista. I'm just an average shooter because I haven't had the range time this past few yrs and even then I still would say I'm average.
Yes mine is a camo version. I didn't care for the gray model.
Normally I'm a 3-9X40 guy but in this case I purchased/traded for 2ea 2.5-8X36 Leupold's several yrs back and have them on a Ithaca DSII M37 and this rifle. They are more compact and the weight is lighter. The BC is much lighter than my Omega and has slightly better balance and the new style forearm really is sweet to hold and a great bencher too. For any weather shield na sayers I have seen the tests verses SS and in this case Carbon steel is lighter and harder. Any one who has dealt with SS knows it galls and I love SS BUT a CS barrel w/ bluing it gonna get beat up. While I try to care for my arms I do use them. The barrels compared to SS and those CS w/ weather shield had better lasting quality's but as I have read, it is a coating but bonded @ a surface @ a molecular level. How tough, we all will see in time. Hey it is a life time guarantee and if not abused and it fails well it will be replaced.
Like I said just out of the box with the first load tried I was very impressed. The trigger was sweet compared to my first production yr omega. That was a nice shooter too and was a gift to my son in law. I had that trigger touched up by a gunsmith but all other have been real crisp triggers for hunting.
If it continues to shoot this good I will be beyond tickled. I think both the omega and the triumph have major design and philosophy differences and I like the new BC better only because of the new improvements which I pointed out long ago in some older posts. If it feels like part of you and you shoot better then no question you are gonna hunt and shoot better. IMHO
