hey im hunt4lifes buddy we are both from pa and with late season being the one time we both have off from school we figured it would be a perfect time to get a small trip together, hunt new lands and hopefully chase some nice bucks. we were talking about iowa or ohio as they are not too far and have some great potential for some bruisers but we aren't worried as much about distance as we are the deer hunting itself we are trying to find out as much as we can before we make the plunge into tags and everything, it would be like a week long hunt on public lands. We are pretty fair archery hunters and have had good luck in the past on hunting new lands but we are far from being great and are looking for any advice, tips, past diy trips, do’s and dont’s that we might encounter on our trip.
