Knight rifles is in the process of "going bankrupt" or reorganizing. Happened at the start of this past summer. But the company IS still doing warranty service and selling parts, they are just not making/selling rifles any more.

Tony Knight is not going bankrupt as far as I have heard. As stated, he sold the company several years ago, so he is associated with them only by name.
