Wow, just read article about how pgc was dragging its feet in the lawsuit, trying to eat up as much time and money as possible by not cooperating with the legal procedings. Guess they like to play fast and loose with taxpayers money which is paying for their defense???

Unreal. For people with supposedly nothing to hide and "looking forward to proving themselves" the sentiment sure has changed! Trying to weasel out of it without having to prove anything. My understanding is...over and over and over attempting to not have to go throught the trial that has already been approved. What a bunch of crooks.
