Bottom line is the store policy is the do-all end-all in this discussion. While one manager might go against what is in writting, another might not. Maybe the manager on duty didn't get any ass the night before, or spilled coffee in his lap and is in a bad mood. No matter the reason, if he tells you to hit the door then you really can't do anything about it because he is following the official return policy.

So why even risk it if there is another store near by that has comparable selection and prices, but with a BETTER return policy? Isn't this a no brainer???
