I think you may have misunderstood him. The legs of the manikin may need to be cut off, but not the legs of the bear itself. There is extra work involved with that pose, but not like you're tinking. As for cost, it seems like you’re expecting a lesser price because of the smaller size, and that’s not always the case. nope ,he says that the hide won't go on the farm period unless you cut the legs off of the hide and sew them back on. he was not talking about cutting the form.
