OBT if anyone has a right to " GO POSTAL" I guess it is a postal worker like me! I take issue with one thing-I do not believe IBO acted proactively. Being proactive would have included SOP' s for various scenarios-they didn' t have them. So I believe they reacted and that is my problem with the issue. I do not believe they had a game plan ahead of time and for an event of this nature that is wrong. Nobody is perfect, but I think there should be an SOP that everybody knows and understands. I am not bashing anyone, but I do believe that some problems have serviced and they need to be addressed. Some of these posts get carried away, but some can be extremely useful. I would urge everyone to get their two cents in. As dues paying members that is our right. I would think that everyone should be truthful, say what you think, but say it in an appropriate manner. The goa[]l is too fix problems and improve the organization. Hopefully two heads are better than one and some great ideas will show up and keep me from " Going Postal"
