Sometimes some "higher ups" don't know EVERYTHING that is going on, what you find out may surprise you on this one I suspect....
I am thinking the best bet, from a safety standpoint, is too just move my stand, but I still believe that who ever is hunting illegally will still see the same deer as me just because it is right off of my land. They're the STATE'S deer not yours, I wouldn't get too wrapped around this point.....
Another issue is that I am not sure how they get to this stand. It is about a half a mile to any road. And that road is on the other side of my property. If I had to bet, they probably get to the stand via my land. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to find this out?
For this last part either be in there good and early and see where the hunter enters from if he hunts that day, or put up a trail cam or two along suspected lines of travel.
