1:11.5" seems a little slow for a 7mm. The industry standard is 1:9.5". If you only plan on shooting 120 grain bullets you should have no problems, but if you ever want to shoot heavies you might not get them to stabilize, espacially at 7mm-08 speeds.

Otherwise, both should be good guns, pick the one you like better.
