I would be curious to see if anyone is actually " for" it. I think you made my point exactly in that there really is not any justifiable reason to institute it. I could see if there was a major safety issue but the last time that I checked there wasn' t.

I am strongly against it. More so than just about any other proposal I have seen in recent years.
