Nitrogen-filled optics won’t fog, but if you can’t take that step then an easy homemade remedy is to wipe a small amount of shampoo gel onto the glass (don’t drench it – just enough to coat the lens) and then wipe it clean with a soft cloth. There are also commercial products available.
