I have a Stevens 200 in 223 purchased at Wally World as well, 4 or 5 years ago. After honing the sear a bit (and I mean just a bit) and setting the trigger spring at it's lightest possible tension while still maintaining a good latch, I can get 1/2" groups at 100 yards with Hornady's 55SX and 55 VMax, both, with H4895 and CCI450 primers.

I am quite happy with the little rifle. I use it to carry around on my ATV, and did not want to risk a high dollar rifle for that use. For the money it cannot be beat.
